Shipping & Returns
If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery to receive a replacement item or credit to the equivalent value. We will pay the return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail.
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post, Australian Air Express and domestic road transport with regular and express postage options available. Some items require a manual quote for the shipping fee due to being bulky or dangerous goods. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
