REFUND POLICY: Returns Accepted

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item please let us know immediately so we can assess and organise the return of your item and a replacement if applicable.

All other returns: If you wish to return an item for a refund your item must be sent back within 30 days at your cost and must be returned in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Once your item is received, we will then process your refund. If you wish to swap an item for a different style, size or colour– same policy as above applies. Freight costs to swap items are at a cost to the customer, and will only be sent once original item is received back.

If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after the 30 day period you may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team on 0438862412 if you have any queries.

 

Shipping

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post,
Toll, Startrack and domestic road transport with Regular and Express postage options available. Some items require a manual quote for the shipping fees due to being bulky or dangerous goods. These products require you to submit an order manually using our order form or contact BK Halliday 0418 850 160 / bk@torquewear.com.au

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you have chosen. Please note that due to COVID-19 delays may be experienced.
